Agreement

These terms govern your use of rookconsulting.us, operated by Rook Consulting LLC ("Rook"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Not legal advice

Content on this site, including articles, answers and Marketing Risk Reports, is general information about marketing practices, published regulations, enforcement actions and research. It is not legal advice, and using the site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Rook is not a law firm. For legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.

Marketing Risk Reports

A Marketing Risk Report reviews publicly available information, such as your website, listings and reviews, at a point in time. Findings identify potential risks to review. They are not confirmed violations, a legal opinion or a HIPAA risk assessment.

Services and pricing

Paid services are governed by a written proposal or services agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Prices on the site are starting points for programs and may change. The price in your signed proposal or checkout is the price you pay.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Refunds, entry-fee credits and payment plans are handled as stated in your proposal or checkout.

Referrals and third parties

The site links to and refers you to third parties, including Calendly, Stripe and RepeatMD. Rook may receive referral compensation from partners, and we disclose it where it applies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or terms.

Your responsibilities

• Do not submit protected health information or patient details through the site.
• Provide accurate information in forms.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it in unauthorized ways.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logo and materials belong to Rook Consulting LLC. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use with attribution. You may not copy, resell or republish site content without written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Regulations and enforcement change, and we do not guarantee that content is complete or current for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rook is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
